This is the first step towards a coaching qualification and is for experienced shooters who wish to assist with training at club level. Applicants should ideally have completed an NRA Skills Course.

Club Coach Course (National Shooting Centre (NSC), Bisley)
Candidates should be experienced shooters who have already completed a Club Instructor course. This course covers coaching techniques, and methods of instruction. Candidates will be formally assessed on the range and in the delivery of classroom lesson. Qualified Club Coaches may run NRA Probationary, Skills and Club Instructor Courses.

Sun 21 Nov RCO (HME) Course (National Shooting Centre (NSC), Bisley)
This course is only open to qualified NRA RCOs.

The course is to train RCOs in the zeroing procedures which are now required when ammunition generating a ME greater than 4500 joules is fired on military ranges. This is a half-day course involving both classroom work and an on-range zeroing demonstration. The course is run regularly at Bisley and regionally, on request to the NRA.
